- Puffed rice : 250 grms.
- Peanuts : 100 grms.
- Oil : 2 table spoon.
- Corriander seeds : 1 table spoon.
- Cumin seeds: 1 table spoon.
- Chaat masala : as per taste.
- asafoetida :2 pinch .
- red chilly powder: 2 table spoon.
- Turmeric powder: 1 table spoon.
- Salt : as per taste.

Now Munch them whenever u feel the hunger pang they are tasty and instead of eating some junk you will be eating something healthy .
