Egg curry

One of my favourite recipes - 'egg curry' . Easy to make and so good to taste. try this easy and tasty eagg curry recipe

  • Ingredients:  for 4 people.
  1. eggs -8.
  2. Onions-2 big.
  3. tomato-1 big.
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 table spoon.
  5. Dry masalas: bay leaves, coriander seeds, red chilly(2-3), cinnamon, cloves(4-6),big cardamom (1),black pepper(4-5).
  6. Garam masala- 1& 1/2 table spoon.
  7. Corriander powder-1 table spoon.
  8. red chilly powder- 1 table spoon.
  9. Turmeric- 1 table spoon.
  10. salt- as per taste.
  11. Oil- 2 table spoon.
  12. coriander leaves.
  • Recipe:
hard boil eggs by putting eggs in a vessel with eggs half dipped and one table spoon of salt for 15 minutes on medium flame. Now de- shell the eggs and shallow fry them with 1 table spoon of oil in a wok .

Now take out eggs and put all the dried masalas into the wok . Now chop the onions into big pieces and saute them with these dried masala. switch off the flame and grind this mixture. Now Heat the wok again and pour some oil now put the grinded mixture of onion into it and add ginger garlic paste to it and saute till the smell goes off now take all the malasas(garam, coriander, turmeric and red chili ) and put in the wok add some water and stir for some time. Now make tomato puree and add to it stir for 2-3 minutes and then add salt to it. Saute for some more time and then add water to make gravy. Do remember not  to add much water so that the gray be thick ,once the gravy start to boil prick the eggs  with a fork and make minute holes into it (so that gravy goes into it) and put these eggs into the gray switch off the flame after 2 minutes now chop coriander  and serve this yummy egg curry with roti,paratha or rice.

mint & mango panna/ aam pudine ka panna


Mint and mango panna a very refreshing drink for summers which is good to restore water balance and normal the body heat in hot hot weather.

  • Ingredients:
  1. Raw  mangoes- 2 big.
  2. mint leaves - 1 bunch.
  3. black salt.
  4. white salt.
  5. cumin powder.
  6. chilled water.
  • Recipe:
Boil the mangoes and peel them. Now wash mint leaves and grind them into paste now add the mangoes and grind again to form a smooth paste. 
Now to make a glass of panna add 1/4 of the mixture to 3/4 of chilled water in a glass now add black and white salt and cumin powder and stir well add ice and enjoy refreshing panna.
